Today I set out to restyle an old metal file cabinet that's been in my garage. Sure I could go and buy one, but then I really don't like to part with my money unless I really LOVE the item. It's just a file cabinet I might be lucky enough to sell for $10 at a tag sale. So I thought why not revamp it and make it a "one of a kind". I will post before and after pics on here shortly, and all the details and cost that went in to the project. Wish me Luck!
Additionally, I just watched Julie & Julia the movie last night and I must say I now have fallen in love with Julie's take on Julia Child, what a wonderful feel good flick! Although I must confess during the scene in which Julie attempts to boil live lobsters, I had to mute it on the chance they made any noise. I just would not have been able to handle that. It's saying something when I'm watching a movie and already think I want to own it for my personal DVD library. What a funny and lovable movie, this is my Pick for a great movie night!
